Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung beim Sammeln und Verarbeiten von überschüssigen Lebensmitteln (Schwerpunkt: Obst und Gemüse)
  • Herstellung von haltbaren Produkten (z. B. Fermente, Eingekochtes wie Chutneys, Suppen, Currys u.v.m.)
  • Mitarbeit beim Verkauf und bei der Präsentation der Produkte – im Haus und auf Wochenmärkten
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Workshops und Kochabenden
  • Allgemeine Küchen- und Hygienetätigkeiten nach HACCP-Standard

Ihr Profil

  • Interesse an Küche, Nachhaltigkeit, Fermentation und Einkochen
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen sind willkommen – aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Freude am Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und an der Arbeit im Team
  • Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen und eigene Ideen einzubringen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und ein freundliches Auftreten
