Senior verksamhetsnära Business Analyst Vi söker en senior verksamhetsnära Business Analyst med stark faciliteringsförmåga till ett uppdrag inom verksamhetsutveckling. Du kommer att ha en central roll i att samla in och strukturera verksamhetens behov, samordna olika intressenter och driva dialoger för att identifiera möjliga lösningar. Rollen passar dig som är kommunikativ, relationsskapande och van att navigera mellan olika delar av en organisation för att skapa samsyn och framdrift. Om uppdraget Uppdraget har ett tydligt verksamhetsnära fokus där du arbetar med behovsinsamling, koordinering och intressentdialog. Du kommer att facilitera workshops och diskussioner med olika delar av verksamheten för att förstå behov, fånga upp perspektiv och tillsammans med berörda intressenter identifiera lämpliga lösningar. Tyngdpunkten ligger på facilitering och samordning snarare än traditionell projektledning eller detaljerad kravhantering. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

Samla in, analysera och strukturera behov från olika delar av verksamheten.

Koordinera och samordna dialoger mellan olika intressenter.

Planera och facilitera workshops och gemensamma diskussioner.

Skapa samsyn kring verksamhetens behov, utmaningar och möjliga lösningar.

Omsätta verksamhetens behov till konkreta förbättringsförslag och lösningsalternativ.

Driva dialoger framåt och säkerställa att relevanta perspektiv tas tillvara.

Bidra till verksamhetsutveckling och identifiering av förbättringsmöjligheter.

Kvalifikationer – skallkrav Vi söker dig som har:

Erfarenhet av en senior och verksamhetsnära roll som Business Analyst, verksamhetsutvecklare eller motsvarande.

Mycket god kommunikativ och social förmåga.

Erfarenhet av behovsinsamling och intressenthantering.

Erfarenhet av att leda workshops och facilitera diskussioner.

Förmåga att strukturera information och omsätta verksamhetsbehov till möjliga lösningar.

God verksamhetsförståelse och vana av att samarbeta med olika delar av en organisation.

Ett strukturerat och självgående arbetssätt med förmåga att skapa framdrift i komplexa sammanhang.

Meriterande Erfarenhet av Lumera.

Erfarenhet av verksamhetsutveckling.

Erfarenhet av processförbättring och effektivisering.

Erfarenhet av förändringsledning.

Personliga egenskaper Du är kommunikativ, lyhörd och relationsskapande med en naturlig förmåga att engagera människor och skapa förtroende. Du är strukturerad och självgående, trivs med många kontaktytor och har lätt för att förstå olika perspektiv. Du är dessutom en skicklig facilitator som kan leda diskussioner framåt, skapa samsyn och få olika intressenter att arbeta mot gemensamma mål. Vi erbjuder 32 dagars semester
