CONTEXTE :

AGILOYA AFRIQUE, cabinet de recrutement et de conseil en stratégie RH, recrute pour le compte d'un acteur immobilier en forte croissance à Abidjan.

Notre client développe des projets résidentiels haut standing destinés à une clientèle exigeante, locale et internationale.

Dans le cadre de la structuration de son pipeline et de l'accélération de son développement, nous recherchons un Chef de Projets Immobiliers Senior - H/F, à forte orientation développement commercial et performance financière.

ENJEUX DU POSTE:

Il ne sagit pas dun simple poste de suivi de chantier.

Nous recherchons un profil capable de :

  • Piloter des projets immobiliers de la faisabilité à la commercialisation
  • Structurer un pipeline rentable
  • Optimiser la performance commerciale des opérations
  • Sécuriser les marges et les délais
  • Contribuer activement à la stratégie de croissance

RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Développement & structuration de projets

  • Analyse d'opportunités foncières;
  • Études de faisabilité (marché, technique, financière, réglementaire);
  • Modélisation financière (ROI, cash-flow, marges);
  • Participation au montage juridique et financier.

Pilotage opérationnel

  • Coordination architectes, bureaux d'études, entreprises;
  • Suivi budgets, planning, qualité;
  • Gestion des risques et arbitrages.

Développement commercial

  • Positionnement produit;
  • Stratégie de prix;
  • Lancement commercial;
  • Suivi des ventes / locations;
  • Animation de réseaux commerciaux.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • 7 à 12 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets immobiliers;
  • Expérience démontrée en développement commercial immobilier;
  • Maîtrise avérée des montages financiers et de la rentabilité;
  • Capacité à piloter plusieurs projets simultanément;
  • Expérience en environnement exigeant ou entrepreneurial;
  • Forte autonomie décisionnelle.

Une expérience en promotion immobilière ou en maîtrise d'ouvrage est fortement appréciée.
