Le poste de Trade Finance H/F sera rattaché à la direction générale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Trade Finance H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Il sera responsable de la gestion comptable et financière des opérations liées à l'industrie pétrolière et gazière, y compris la tenue des registres financiers, la préparation des états financiers, la gestion des budgets et la conformité réglementaire.

Gestion Comptable

  • Tenir à jour les registres comptables, y compris la comptabilité générale, les comptes clients, les comptes fournisseurs, et les comptes de trésorerie ;
  • Enregistrer les transactions liées aux opérations pétrolières et gazières, y compris les achats, les ventes, la production et les coûts d'exploitation ;
  • Effectuer la réconciliation mensuelle des comptes et résoudre les écarts.

Préparation des États Financiers

  • Élaborer les états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels conformément aux normes comptables et aux exigences réglementaires du secteur pétrolier et gazier ;
  • Préparer les rapports de gestion pour la direction.

Gestion Budgétaire

  • Participer à l'élaboration des budgets annuels en collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles ;
  • Surveiller les dépenses par rapport au budget et fournir des analyses et des recommandations.

Conformité Réglementaire

  • Assurer la conformité aux réglementations gouvernementales et aux normes comptables spécifiques à l'industrie pétrolière et gazière ;
  • Collaborer avec les auditeurs externes et internes lors des audits financiers.

Analyse Financière

  • Effectuer des analyses financières pour évaluer la rentabilité des projets pétroliers et gaziers ;
  • Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration de l'efficacité financière et opérationnelle.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Diplôme en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe ;
  • Certification comptable (CPA, ACCA, etc.) préférée.
  • Expérience préalable dans le secteur pétrolier et gazier fortement souhaitée.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES ET QUALITES RECHERCHEES

Trade Finance - H/F

  • Très bonne expérience en trading pétrolier import et export ;
  • Connaissance des procédures d'exploitation de la sir et la Gestoci
  • Maitrise du pricing international ( platts , ice , ) et des contrats trading ;
  • Bonne connaissance en modalités de paiements internationaux (lettres de crédit, optimisation des transferts en devises ... ) ;
  • Expérience avec des clients de la sous-région et hors cote d'ivoire ;
  • Capacité à développement un portefeuille international ;
  • Connaissance des grades de produits pétroliers ;
  • Capacité de recherches des opportunités (sourcing des produits raffinés et bruts acceptable par le sir ;
  • Négociation et détermination des marges (avec les clients et les fournisseurs) ;
  • La langue anglaise obligatoire ;
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes ;
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec des départements interfonctionnels ;
  • Connaissance des tendances et des réglementations actuelles de l'industrie pétrolière et gazière.
