  • Le Community manager se chargera de la production de contenu éditorial (Texte).

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Veille media, concurrentielle, commerciale, e-réputation ;
  • Participer au développement de la stratégie de communication ;
  • Planification des post (contenus) ;
  • Interaction avec ses membres (réponses aux questions, création déchanges) ;
  • Evénements (conception, mise en place, communication en rapport...) ;
  • Augmenter la présence digitale et accroître la visibilité de la société sur le web ;
  • Fidéliser et acquérir de nouveaux clients dans le secteur du service ;
  • Animer les réseaux sociaux ;
  • Analyser les différents résultats des campagnes de publicités.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Community manager - H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+ 3/4, en Communication visuelle ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 3 années d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE Et SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

  • Maitriser les réseaux sociaux ;
  • Avoir un esprit de discernement et d'analyse ;
  • Savoir s'adapter aux situations ;
  • Savoir créer de l'engagement ;
  • Partager les valeurs de la marque pour laquelle il travaille ;
  • Être autonome ;
  • Savoir écouter ;
  • Avoir une grande capacité de rédaction ;
  • Être capable de passer d'un langage soutenu à un langage courant / familier / nouchi;
  • Culture web et connaissance du secteur de l'entreprise ;
  • Compréhension des mécanismes communautaires ;
  • Connaissance et maîtrise des différents réseaux sociaux ;
  • Avoir la maitrise de l'anglais serait un atout ;
  • Avoir quelques notions de graphisme serait un plus ;
  • Capable de passer d'un langage soutenu à un langage courant/familier/ivoirien/parlé ;
  • Capable de mettre en avant des sociétés de service (cybersécurité, média et production/événementielle).
