RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Le poste d'Architecte H/F sera rattaché à la direction générale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Architecte H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Effectuer les études de faisabilité-Avant-projet architectural et concevoir de façon détaillée le projet architectural ;
  • Analyser avec le maitre douvrage les composantes de son projet : objectifs, site, programme, données techniques, juridiques, financières ;
  • Réaliser des études de faisabilité ;
  • Réaliser des études davant-projet AVP : sommaire APS (conception générale du projet en plan et en volume, description des options techniques, première estimation des coûts et de la durée des travaux ;
  • Contractualiser avec des études davant-projet définitif APD ;
  • Réaliser des études de projet de conception générale PCG (forme et dimensions des différents éléments de louvrage, nature et caractéristiques des matériaux, conditions de leur mise en œuvre) ;
  • Élaborer, pour le maitre douvrage et les équipes dexécution, des représentations graphiques détaillées (plans détaillés, coupes, élévations, perspectives) sous forme de maquettes 3D et virtuelles, vidéos ;
  • Constituer les dossiers techniques et juridiques pour les autorisations administratives et le montage financier.
  • Assurer, durant tout le projet, un reporting régulier au maitre douvrages et aux équipes d'exécution sur les implications techniques, juridiques, financières des décisions ;
  • Réaliser ou déléguer des études et plans dexécution ;
  • Préparer la mise en œuvre du chantier, élaborer le cahier des clauses techniques particulières CCTP (plans dexécution, schémas, notices techniques) ;
  • Décrire les tâches élémentaires d'exécution des lots (terrassement, voirie et réseaux divers VRD, gros-œuvre, second-œuvre), planifier leur ordonnancement.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Bac + 4/5, Master spécialisé en architecture ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier 10 ans d'expériences minimum dans la réalisation des projets de grandes envergures.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES ET QUALITES RECHERCHEES

  • Parfaite connaissance des règles de l'art, des droits et obligations dans la construction ;
  • Maîtrise des règles du dessin technique et artistique ;
  • Maîtrise des logiciels DAO, CAO, CFAO appliqués à la construction ;
  • Solides connaissances des normes et règlements appliqués à l'urbanisme et à la construction ;
  • Maîtrise des logiciels Autocad, Sketchup, Lumion.
