Le poste de Chauffeur de camion toupie sera sous la supervision du Chef d'exploitation.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

MISSIONS

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résument à la tâche suivante :

  • Assurer le transport et la livraison du béton prêt à l'emploi depuis l'usine jusqu'aux chantiers clients, dans le respect strict des délais, des consignes de sécurité, de la qualité du béton et des procédures internes.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Conduite & livraison

  • Conduire le camion toupie dans le respect du Code de la route et des règles de sécurité internes ;
  • Assurer la livraison du béton dans les délais demandés ;
  • Garantir la bonne consistance du béton pendant le transport (contrôle de la rotation de la cuve, vitesses, ajouts éventuels d'eau selon consignes du laboratoire) ;
  • Participer aux opérations de déchargement sur chantier en liaison avec le chef de chantier.

Contrôle & entretien du véhicule

  • Réaliser les vérifications quotidiennes avant départ : niveaux, pneumatiques, fonctionnement hydraulique, nettoyage de la goulotte, etc ;
  • Maintenir le camion en bon état de propreté, particulièrement la cuve et la goulotte après chaque livraison ;
  • Signaler immédiatement toute anomalie mécanique ou panne au responsable maintenance.

Relation client & reporting

  • Être l'ambassadeur de l'entreprise sur les chantiers : attitude professionnelle, respect des consignes clients ;
  • Faire signer les bons de livraison et assurer le retour des documents au service exploitation ;
  • Remonter toute information utile sur les chantiers (accès difficiles, consignes particulières, incidents...).

Sécurité

  • Appliquer strictement les procédures QHSE de l'entreprise ;
  • Porter les EPI obligatoires (casque, bottes, gilet, gants) ;
  • Respecter les limitations de vitesse et les procédures de lavage du camion.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+5 en Génie industriel, Production, Génie civil, ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier dune expérience confirmée d'au moins 5 ans en conduite de camion toupie chez un major du BTP.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

  • Permis de conduire Poids Lourd obligatoire ;
  • Connaissance des règles de sécurité routière et des chantiers BTP ;
  • Maîtrise des équipements hydrauliques et de rotation de cuve (un atout) ;
  • Sérieux, ponctuel et vigilant ;
  • Sens des responsabilités et de la sécurité ;
  • Bonne présentation et sens du contact client ;
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à s'adapter aux imprévus.
