Conseiller voyages - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes:

Accueil et conseil clients

  • Accueillir les clients en agence, par téléphone ou par email ;
  • Identifier les besoins, les préférences et le budget du client ;
  • Proposer des destinations et des formules adaptées.

Organisation et vente de voyages

  • Concevoir des séjours sur mesure (vols, hôtels, circuits, excursions) ;
  • Réserver les billets d'avion, hôtels, assurances et autres prestations ;
  • Établir les devis et finaliser les ventes.

Suivi administratif

  • Gérer les dossiers clients et les documents de voyage ;
  • Effectuer les encaissements et facturations ;
  • Assurer le suivi des réservations et des modifications éventuelles.

Veille et information

Se tenir informé des offres touristiques, promotions et nouvelles destinations

Connaître les formalités administratives (visa, passeport, vaccins, etc.)

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Paris en France.

FORMATION

  • Bac +2 / Bac +3 en Tourisme, Commerce ou domaine équivalent ;
  • Expérience souhaitée dans une agence de voyages ou dans le secteur du tourisme.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Conseiller voyages - H/F

  • Maîtrise obligatoire d'Amadeus
  • Bonne connaissance des GDS et du NDC
  • Sens du service client
