RATTACHEMENT HIÉRARCHIQUE

Les postes de gestionnaires de stocks-H/F seront rattachés à la Direction Logistique.

MISSION PRINCIPALE, RESPONSABILITÉS ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Effectuer le groupage des produits destinés à une commande, et d'établir le contrôle de la conformité des produits réceptionnés et livrés ;
  • Assurer la gestion des stocks (entrées et sorties du matériel) pour minimiser le niveau de stock sans risquer la rupture ;
  • Suivi, saisie, contrôle et mise à jour des entrées et sorties quotidiennement ;
  • Effectuer la mise en place d'un inventaire mensuel du chantier ; pour but de comparer le stock réel avec le stock théorique afin de minimiser les pertes ou/et vols ;
  • S'assurer des chargements sur le véhicule de transport ;
  • Réaliser l'étiquetage des articles et des cartons, le conditionnement, assemblage simple, et l'emballage ;
  • Effectuer la gestion des stocks : contrôle de la rotation des produits, vérification de leur disponibilité, approvisionnement auprès des fournisseurs, rangement, nettoyage, inventaire :
  • Établir le suivi du logiciel de stocks des produits réceptionnés ou sortis ;
  • S'assurer de l'acheminement des colis en zone d'expédition, de stockage ou de production.

LOCALISATION Les postes sont basés à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION Être titulaire d'un BAC+2/3 en Logistique ou équivalent ; Justifier de deux (2) années d'expérience professionnelle à ce poste.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, CONNAISSANCES ET QUALITÉS RECHERCHÉES

Avoir une bonne connaissance de tous les produits référencés dans le stock de l'entreprise ; Avoir la maîtrise d'un logiciel de gestion de stocks ; Être capable de lire et interpréter les documents de suivi de commande, les codes-barres, le bon de commande ; Avoir une connaissance parfaite du domaine d'activité et des produits réceptionnés sur le chantier ; Avoir la maitrise des procédures de gestion de stocks ; Être Polyvalent ; Avoir un sens de l'organisation ; Êtres rigoureux ; Avoir une bonne capacité de mémorisation des produits et de leurs emplacements ; Avoir une connaissance du respect de la qualité et de la sécurité.
