Le poste de Gestionnaire de stocks H/F sera rattaché au Directeur Générale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITÉS ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Gestionnaire de stocks H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Planifier les dates et les lieux de livraisons des marchandises avec les
  • fournisseurs ;
  • Proposer des alternatives de rechange en cas de dysfonctionnements avec les fournisseurs ;
  • Évaluer les performances des fournisseurs ;
  • Assurer le suivi des commandes en cours ;
  • Contrôler la qualité et la quantité des marchandises réceptionnées ;
  • Renseigner les fiches de traçabilité pour les marchandises réceptionnées ;
  • Établir un état de stocks au quotidien ;
  • Superviser l'espace de stockage ;
  • Coordonner les opérations de gestion de stock avec les autres services de l'entreprise ;
  • Réaliser un bilan mensuel de toutes les activités.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+2 en logistique ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 3 années d'expérience professionnelle dans les FMCG ou à un poste similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPÉTENCES

Gestionnaire de stocks H/F

  • Être un bon gestionnaire ;
  • Être capable de travailler sous pression ;
  • Être capable de travailler seul ou en équipe
  • Être déterminé, rigoureux, efficace, méthodique et organisé ;
  • Être une personne fiable et digne de confiance ;
  • Être disponible ;
  • Avoir la maîtrise des outils de gestion de la logistique informatisée ;
  • Avoir une bonne maîtrise des logiciels informatiques et de la bureautique ;
  • Avoir une maîtrise parfaite du pack office ;
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance des outils de la gestion de stocks ;
  • Avoir d'excellentes connaissances dans le domaine du transport et de la
  • logistique ;
