Les Gouvernants - H/F seront sous la supervision du Responsable de la maison.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Gouvernants H/F

  • En tant que gouvernants - HF, vous aurez la responsabilité de gérer et de coordonner les tâches domestiques de la résidence;
  • Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les propriétaires pour assurer un environnement propre, organisé et harmonieux.

Gestion du Ménage:

  • Nettoyage et entretien quotidien de toutes les pièces de la maison;
  • Lavage, repassage et rangement du linge;
  • Entretien des meubles, objets d'art et autres articles ménagers.

Organisation et Coordination:

  • Planification et coordination des tâches ménagères;
  • Gestion de l'inventaire des fournitures et approvisionnement;
  • Supervision du personnel domestique (si applicable).

Cuisine et Repas:

  • Préparation des repas quotidiens selon les préférences des propriétaires;
  • Planification des menus et gestion des courses alimentaires;
  • Présentation et service des repas lors d'événements spéciaux.

Accueil et Hospitalité:

  • Accueil des invités et service lors des réceptions;
  • Préparation et organisation des chambres d'invités.

Administration:

  • Gestion du budget domestique et suivi des dépenses;
  • Coordination avec les fournisseurs et prestataires de services.

Autres Tâches:

  • Réalisation de courses diverses;
  • Prise en charge de tâches spécifiques selon les besoins des propriétaires (gestion des animaux domestiques, soins des plantes, etc.).

LOCALISATION

  • Les postes sont basés à Abidjan en COTE DIVOIRE.

FORMATION

  • CAP en services hôteliers, BT en hôtellerie ou équivalent ;
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES ET QUALITES RECHERCHEES

  • Expérience significative dans un poste similaire;
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps;
  • Sens du détail et de la perfection;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives;
  • Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité;
  • Bonnes compétences en communication;
  • Flexibilité et adaptabilité.
