Le poste d'Agent de Sécurité H/F sera rattaché à la direction commerciale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITÉ ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Agents de Sécurité - H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Effectuer des rondes de sécurité régulières pour surveiller les zones assignées ;
  • Contrôler l'accès au site en vérifiant l'identification des personnes entrantes ;
  • Surveiller les caméras de sécurité et signaler toute activité suspecte ;
  • Intervenir rapidement en cas d'incident, de vol, d'agression ou de situation d'urgence ;
  • Appliquer les procédures d'intervention d'urgence en cas d'incendie, de fuite de gaz ou de toute autre situation critique ;
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de vigilance et signaler tout dysfonctionnement des équipements de sécurité ;
  • Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe de sécurité pour assurer une couverture continue ;
  • Rédiger des rapports détaillés sur les incidents survenus pendant son service ;
  • Assister le personnel et les visiteurs en cas de besoin, en fournissant des informations et une assistance appropriées ;
  • Participer aux formations de sécurité et se tenir informé des nouvelles procédures et technologies en matière de sécurité.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Bac ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'une expérience de 2 années d'expérience professionnelle dans un emploi similaire.

EXPERTISE, SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITÉS, RECHERCHES

  • Excellentes capacités de communication et sens du service client ;
  • Solides compétences en observation et en résolution de problèmes ;
  • Maîtrise des techniques de gestion de conflits ;
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à garder son sang-froid en situation d'urgence ;
  • Connaissance des mesures de sécurité et des procédures d'intervention ;
  • Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à suivre les consignes du supérieur hiérarchique ;
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et sens du service client ;

Solides compétences en observation et en résolution de problèmes.
