  • L'Office manager sera sous la supervision de la Directrice générale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Office manager H/F

Gestion administrative

  • Coordonner et superviser le bureau en gérant toute la gestion administrative des différents services ;
  • Etablissement du contrat, à la gestion des absences des collaborateurs ou encore à l'établissement des bulletins de paie ;
  • Gérer l'ensemble des tâches administratives liées à la fonction ressources humaines ;
  • Charger de la bonne circulation des informations dans l'entreprise ;
  • recruter, intégrer et former les nouveaux collaborateurs qui seront l'avenir de la société ;
  • Rédiger des fiches de postes ;
  • Gérer l'agenda de la directrice générale ;
  • Communication interne et externe en gérant les flux d'informations,
  • Faire le reporting de ses tâches ;
  • Gérer les services généraux ;
  • Suivi des budgets ;
  • Prise en charge des appels téléphoniques,
  • Organiser les réunions et des différents événements internes.

Comptabilité

  • Éditer les feuilles de paie des collaborateurs, les déclarations fiscales et sociales ;
  • Enregistrer les opérations comptables quotidiennes ;
  • Assurer la comptabilité générale ;
  • Respecte le droit du travail et la législation sociale ;
  • Suivre le traitement des factures clients ou fournisseurs ;
  • S'informer et appliquer les évolutions fiscales, sociales ou juridiques.
  • Gérer la trésorerie.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Etre Titulaire d'un BAC+2 en Assistanat de direction ou en Ressources humaines ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 03 années d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire.

Compétences

  • Avoir une bonne aisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle ;
  • Maîtrise les logiciels de paie ;
  • Avoir le sens du service client ;
  • Avoir une excellente élocution ;
  • Avoir une très bonne maitrise du pack office ;
  • Avoir une maitrise de la comptabilité et de l'administration.
