  • Le poste de Responsable de production H/F sera rattaché au Directeur d'usine.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Responsable de production H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Gérer la fabrication des produits

  • Collecter le cahier de charge de la fabrication des produits ;
  • Planifier la fabrication des produits ;
  • S'assurer de la qualité de la matière première ;
  • Constituer les équipes de production ;
  • Contrôler le processus de fabrication des produits ;
  • Contrôler les résultats de fabrication obtenus au regard du cahier de charge,
  • Mettre à disposition les produits fabriqués au regard du cahier des charges,
  • Elaborer les rapports de production.

Améliorer les procédés de fabrication des produits ;

  • Veiller à l'amélioration du rendement ;
  • Analyser les forces et faiblesses des procédés de fabrication ;
  • Assurer la veille sur les évolutions techniques et industrielles du marché et de la concurrence ;
  • Faire des propositions d'améliorations des procédés de fabrication ;
  • Faire valider les propositions d'amélioration ;
  • Elaborer les plans d'amélioration sur la base des propositions validées ;
  • Assurer le suivi de la mise en œuvre des plans d'amélioration validés.

Encadrer les Chefs de service du Département

  • Participer au recrutement des Chefs de service ;
  • Elaborer les fiches de poste des Chefs de service ;
  • Superviser les travaux des Chefs de service ;
  • Identifier les besoins de formation des Chefs de service ;
  • Veiller à la formation nécessaire des Chefs de service ;
  • Réaliser les évaluations des chefs de service.

Assurer le suivi de la mise en œuvre du plan d'assurance qualité au niveau de la production

  • Participer à la définition des objectifs d'assurance qualité au niveau de la production ;
  • Participer à la validation du plan d'assurance qualité au niveau de la production ;
  • Superviser la mise en œuvre du plan d'assurance qualité au niveau de la production ;
  • Superviser la réalisation des actions correctives relatives aux non-conformités identifiées.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à San Pedro en Côte d'ivoire.

FORMATION

Responsable laboratoire H/F

  • Formation : Electronique/Electromécanicien/Agroalimentaire ;
  • Diplôme : Ingénieur ;
  • Expérience professionnelle : 05 -10 ans.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES ET QUALITES RECHERCHEES

Production et Transformation

  • Maitrise du système de gestion de production industrielle ;
  • Maitrise du fonctionnement des équipements et matériels de production industrielle ;
  • Maitrise en gestion des équipes de production industrielle ;
  • Connaissance en maintenance des équipements de production ;
  • Connaissance en management de projets.

Logiciels et applications

  • Maîtrise de MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) ;
  • Connaissance de logiciels de Gestion de production.

Secteur d'activité

  • Connaissance de l'environnement de la transformation du cacao ;
  • Connaissance des normes qualité industrielles.
