  • Le poste de Responsable Juridique et Centre daffaires sera rattaché au Directeur Général.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Responsable Juridiques et Centre daffaires - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Superviser et coordonner les activités quotidiennes du centre daffaires
  • Veiller à latteinte des objectifs de performance, de rentabilité et de satisfaction client.
  • Élaborer et suivre le budget du centre.
  • Assister et conseiller les investisseurs sur les démarches administratives, juridiques et fiscales (enregistrement, licences, agréments, contrats).
  • Suivre et proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients et projets.
  • Assurer la conformité des activités avec les lois locales et internationales.
  • Vérifier la validité et la sécurité des contrats et documents légaux.
  • Gérer les risques juridiques et représenter le centre en cas de contentieux.
  • Assurer une veille juridique et réglementaire et informer la direction et les investisseurs des évolutions impactant lactivité.
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie du centre en lien avec la direction générale.
  • Produire des reportings réguliers incluant les performances, résultats et risques (juridiques, financiers).
  • Représenter le centre auprès des institutions publiques, investisseurs et partenaires.
  • Participer à des événements institutionnels pour renforcer la crédibilité et lattractivité du centre.
  • Conseiller la direction sur les implications juridiques et stratégiques des décisions prises.
  • Mettre en place des indicateurs de suivi, analyser les résultats et proposer des actions correctives ;
  • Identifier, prospecter et fidéliser des investisseurs locaux et internationaux ;
  • Réaliser des analyses de marché et participer à la planification des projets dinvestissement à long terme ;
  • Produire des reportings réguliers incluant les performances, résultats et risques (juridiques, financiers) ;
  • Proposer des recommandations pour optimiser lefficacité et la conformité du centre ;
  • Favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif et motivant ;
  • Coordonner les interactions entre les services internes pour garantir efficacité et conformité.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote dIvoire.

FORMATION

Responsable Juridiques et Centre daffaires - H/F

  • Être titulaire au minimum dun un Bac +4/5 en droit des affaires, Gestion, Sciences économiques, Finance, ou Management des organisations ou tout autre diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier un minimum de 5 années dexpérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire.
  • Une spécialisation en droit des affaires, fiscalité ou investissement est fortement appréciée.
  • La maîtrise de langlais est un impératif pour les relations avec les investisseurs étrangers.
