La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tâche suivante :

  • Le Technico-Commercial a pour mission de développer le portefeuille clients et de promouvoir les produits ou services de l'entreprise. Il joue un rôle essentiel en combinant des compétences techniques et commerciales pour répondre aux besoins des clients et atteindre les objectifs fixés.

RESPONSABILITÉS ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Technico-commercial - H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Développement commercial :Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients. Présenter les produits ou services et proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients. Négocier les termes commerciaux (prix, délais, conditions) et conclure les ventes.
  • Gestion de la relation client :Maintenir un suivi régulier avec les clients existants pour garantir leur satisfaction. Résoudre les problèmes techniques ou commerciaux rencontrés par les clients.
  • Support technique :Fournir des conseils techniques sur les produits ou services proposés. Assurer la formation des clients sur l'utilisation des produits si nécessaire. Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour répondre aux problématiques complexes.
  • Analyse et reporting :Évaluer les besoins du marché et recueillir des retours pour améliorer l'offre commerciale. Rédiger des rapports sur les activités commerciales et les présentations de performance. Suivre l'évolution des concurrents et des tendances du secteur.

LOCALISATION

  • Les postes sont basés dans le Département de SOUBRE, Sous-préfecture d'OKROUYO sur le site industriel dénommé OTTAWA.

FORMATION

  • Être Titulaire d'un BAC+2/3 option gestion commerciale, technique agricole, agro-industrie ou équivalent.
  • Justifier d'un minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPÉTENCES

Technico-commercial-H/F

  • Compétences techniques :Bonne connaissance des produits agro-industriels et des procédés liés. Maîtrise des techniques de vente et de négociation. Capacité à expliquer des notions techniques à des non-spécialistes.
  • Compétences comportementales :Aisance relationnelle et sens de la communication. Organisation et gestion des priorités. Dynamisme, autonomie et réactivité. Esprit d'analyse et aptitude à travailler en équipe.
