Le poste d'adjoint ingénieur tous corps d'état H/F sera rattaché à l'ingénieur tous corps d'état et au Direction projets.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES, RESPONSABILITES ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Adjoint ingénieur tous corps d'état - H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

. Appui à la coordination technique multi-lots

  • Assister l'ingénieur TCE principal dans la coordination des différents corps d'état (gros œuvre, second œuvre, techniques spéciales) ;
  • Contribuer à l'analyse des plans d'exécution et des documents techniques fournis ;
  • Participer à l'organisation des réunions de coordination technique et rédiger les comptes-rendus ;
  • Alerter en cas de dysfonctionnement ou d'incohérences techniques inter-lots.

. Suivi de chantier et supervision opérationnelle

  • Accompagner l'ingénieur TCE dans les visites de chantier pour le contrôle qualité et l'avancement des travaux ;
  • Participer au suivi des délais, au contrôle de la conformité des ouvrages réalisés, et à la gestion des non-conformités ;
  • Réaliser le pointage régulier de l'état d'avancement des lots ;
  • Veiller au respect des consignes techniques transmises aux entreprises.

. Participation au suivi administratif et documentaire

  • Mettre à jour les plannings, les tableaux de bord techniques et les reporting hebdomadaires ;
  • Contribuer à la préparation des documents nécessaires aux réunions techniques et aux revues de projet ;
  • Participer à la gestion et au classement des documents techniques (plans, fiches techniques, etc) ;
  • Appuyer la rédaction de pièces administratives (comptes-rendus, synthèses, demandes de devis).

. Appui à la gestion de la qualité, sécurité et environnement

  • Participer au suivi de la mise en œuvre des mesures de sécurité et de prévention sur les chantiers ;
  • Contribuer au respect des normes environnementales et à la gestion des déchets ;
  • Appuyer les contrôles internes de qualité sur les ouvrages ;
  • Alerter l'ingénieur principal en cas de déviation ou de risque sur site.

. Soutien à la phase de réception et de clôture des travaux

  • Assister aux opérations préalables à la réception ;
  • Participer à l'identification et au suivi des réserves ;
  • Contribuer à la préparation des dossiers de fin de chantier ;
  • Aider à la constitution des DOE (Dossiers des Ouvrages Exécutés) en lien avec les entreprises.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac +3/5 option génie civil, bâtiment ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de quatre (4) années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

Compétences techniques

  • Connaissances en techniques de construction tous corps d'état ;
  • Maîtrise des outils : AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel ;
  • Connaissance des normes et réglementations en vigueur ;
  • Lecture et compréhension de plans techniques et cahiers des charges ;
  • Assister à la synthèse technique inter-lots.

Compétences comportementales :

  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et réactivité ;
  • Bonne capacité d'analyse et esprit de synthèse ;
  • Aisance relationnelle et communication claire ;
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et en équipe ;
  • Force de proposition et proactivité dans la résolution de problèmes techniques.
