MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Agent de Voyages - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Assurer la gestion des réservations, de la billetterie et des opérations liées aux voyages des clients, tout en garantissant un service professionnel, rapide et de qualité ;
  • Contribuer activement à la satisfaction client à travers un accompagnement efficace dans l'organisation de leurs déplacements professionnels ou personnels ;
  • Effectuer les réservations de vols, hôtels et autres services de voyage ;
  • Émettre, modifier et annuler les billets via les systèmes GDS ;
  • Utiliser efficacement les plateformes GDS telles qu'Amadeus ou Galileo ;
  • Conseiller les clients sur les itinéraires et offres disponibles ;
  • Accueillir et assister les clients avec professionnalisme ;
  • Assurer le traitement administratif des dossiers ;
  • Produire les reportings liés aux activités de réservation ;
  • Collaborer avec les compagnies aériennes, hôtels et partenaires.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Agent de Voyages - H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+ 2 en Tourisme, Commerce, Gestion ou tout autre diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier de Minimum 2 années d'expérience professionnelle dans une agence de voyage ou à un poste similaire ;
  • Expérience obligatoire dans l'utilisation des systèmes GDS (Amadeus, Galileo ou équivalent).

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Agent de Voyages - H/F

  • Bonne maîtrise des systèmes GDS ;
  • Connaissance des procédures de réservation et billetterie ;
  • Bonne compréhension des opérations de voyage ;
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques ;
  • Sens du service client ;
  • Rigueur, organisation et excellente communication.
