  • L' agent immobilier H/F sera sous la supervision de la Direction commerciale et marketing - H/F.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITES ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales missions, responsabilités et fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Mettre en œuvre les stratégies commerciales nécessaires à l'augmentation du chiffre d'affaires de l'agence ;
  • Superviser l'ensemble du processus de vente, de la prospection à la signature des contrats, en assurant un suivi rigoureux et en atteignant les objectifs fixés ;
  • Maîtriser les logiciels prévus pour la gestion client et gestion de biens immobiliers ;
  • Assurer la satisfaction des clients en comprenant leurs besoins et en proposant des solutions adaptées ;
  • Négocier avec les clients et les partenaires commerciaux pour conclure des ventes ;
  • Participer activement à la négociation des contrats des partenaires impliqués dans les offres de produits ;
  • Rédiger et revoir les contrats de vente et de location ;
  • Faire un suivi régulier des clients de l'entreprises ;
  • Effectuer des visites sur le terrain en respectant le protocole établis par l'agence.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+3 en gestion commerciale ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 2 années d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES ET QUALITES RECHERCHEES

  • Bonne connaissance des principes commercial ;
  • Bonne connaissance informatique ;
  • Bonne connaissance des principes de la tarification ;
  • Force de négociation ;
  • Intérêt pour l'immobilier et la technologie ;
  • Sens de l'innovation ;
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de bureautique (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ;
  • Sens de la recherche ;
  • Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse ;
  • Capacité rédactionnelle ;
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles ;
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités ;
