Le poste d'Agent Logistique & Moyens Généraux Senior sous la supervision du Responsable Logistique et Moyens Généraux.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Agent Logistique & Moyens Généraux Senior – H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Gestion de la flotte automobile

  • Suivre les déplacements et l'utilisation des véhicules ;
  • Planifier la maintenance préventive et corrective ;
  • Organiser les visites techniques et contrôles réglementaires ;
  • Assurer le renouvellement des documents administratifs (assurances, cartes grises visite technique, autorisations de transport) ;
  • Réduire les immobilisations et optimiser la disponibilité des camions ;
  • Analyser les coûts d'entretien par véhicule et proposer des actions correctives.

Gestion des opérations logistiques

  • Superviser les flux entrants et sortants de marchandises ;
  • Veiller à la bonne exécution du planning mensuel de livraison ;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec le service commercial pour adapter les tournées ;
  • Suivre l'exécution des contrats de transport ;
  • Garantir la fiabilité des inventaires.

Gestion des stocks et équipements

  • Maintenir un inventaire actualisé de la flotte et du matériel ;
  • Superviser les inventaires périodiques ;
  • Suivre les pertes et écarts ;
  • Gérer les EPI (bottes, gants, gilets, etc).

Gestion des prestataires

  • Évaluer la performance des fournisseurs logistiques ;
  • Rechercher et négocier avec de nouveaux prestataires ;
  • Contrôler les factures avant transmission au service comptable ;
  • Veiller au respect des délais de paiement contractuels.

Reporting et pilotage

  • Mettre à jour les indicateurs clés du service ;
  • Élaborer des reportings hebdomadaires et mensuels ;
  • Analyser la capacité de distribution et anticiper les besoins futurs ;
  • Proposer des axes d'amélioration continue.

Santé, Sécurité & Conformité

  • S'assurer du respect strict des règles de sécurité ;
  • Sensibiliser les chauffeurs aux normes QHSE ;
  • Réduire les risques d'accidents et d'incidents.

Indicateurs de performance

  • Taux de disponibilité de la flotte ;
  • Nombre de jours d'immobilisation par véhicule ;
  • Coût d'entretien moyen par camion ;
  • Taux d'écart d'inventaire ;
  • Taux de renouvellement des documents dans les délais ;
  • Taux d'accidents liés au non-respect des règles de sécurité ;
  • Respect du planning mensuel de livraison ;
  • Respect du budget logistique.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Agent Logistique & Moyens Généraux Senior – H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac +3 en Gestion Logistique ou tout autre diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en logistique opérationnelle ;
  • Avoir une expérience en Gestion de flotte serait un atout.

  • Connaissances en gestion de stocks ;
  • Connaissances de base en mécanique automobile ;

  • Rigueur et sens de l'organisation ;
  • Leadership opérationnel ;
  • Capacité à mobiliser et encadrer une équipe de chauffeur ;
  • Esprit d'analyse et sens des priorités ;
  • Réactivité et capacité à travailler sous pression ;
  • Discrétion et gestion des informations sensibles ;
  • Forte culture sécurité ;
  • Capacité à définir les priorités dans un environnement de PME.
