Le poste de Contrôleur Financier Senior H/F sera rattaché au Responsable Contrôle Financier Groupe.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITÉ ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Contrôleur Financier Senior-H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Participer au contrôle et à l'analyse de l'ensemble des opérations comptables et financières de l'ensemble des filiales.

RESPONSABILITÉ ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Contrôle des comptes sociaux et des comptes consolidés

  • Conduire les études de marchés nécessaires ;
  • Participer à la production des comptes consolidés du groupe selon les normes validées par la Direction du Groupe
  • Participer activement à l'élaboration des règles et méthodes comptables du Groupe selon le référentiel SYSCOHADA et IFRS Groupe.

Suivi du processus budgétaire et reporting

  • Participer à la revue des budgets et des reportings de gestion des entités groupe ;
  • Assurer l'élaboration du budget et du reporting de gestion consolidée des entités groupe ;
  • Participer au processus de production des rapports d'activités annuels des entités groupe ;
  • Participer au processus de production du Plan stratégique des entités du groupe.

Fiscalité

  • Participer à la production du reporting fiscal consolidé des entités du groupe.

Relation avec les commissaires aux comptes

  • Concourir à la bonne tenue des missions de CAC des entités du groupe conformément au planning défini ;
  • Participer à l'obtention des rapports définitifs des commissaires aux comptes des entités du groupe.

Processus qualité

  • Décliner et mettre en œuvre, au niveau du processus gérer le contrôle financier, les objectifs généraux de la politique qualité ;
  • Surveiller le fonctionnement du processus à travers la collecte et l'analyse des indicateurs ;
  • Traiter les dysfonctionnements du processus en engageant les actions correctives associées ;
  • Identifier les risques et opportunités du processus et mettre en œuvre les actions associées ;
  • Animer le processus à travers des réunions et revues de processus en vue de proposer des actions d'amélioration continue ;
  • Rendre compte à périodicité définie de la performance du processus à la Direction d'audit et de la Qualité.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan-Plateau en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Diplôme d'un Bac+4/5 en finance, contrôle de gestion & audit, management et contrôle de gestion ou diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 6 années d'expériences dans une fonction similaire.
