RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Le poste dAssistant achat H/F sera rattaché au Directeur Travaux.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Assistant achat - H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Rechercher et consulter les fournisseurs ou sous-traitants (matériaux, location, transport, etc.) ;
  • Création de DA et BC ;
  • Création et suivi des dossiers dexonération TVA ;
  • Etablissement des tableaux comparatifs des fournisseurs ;
  • Suivi des KPI achats ;
  • Création et mis à jour des dossiers fournisseurs ;
  • Suivi des accusés de réception et bons de livraison ;
  • Réaliser les demandes de devis et comparer les offres ;
  • Participer à la négociation des prix, conditions et délais ;
  • Rédiger et suivre les bons de commande ;
  • Assurer le suivi des livraisons et signaler les anomalies (retards, non-conformités...) ;
  • Mettre à jour les bases fournisseurs, catalogues ;
  • Suivre les contrats de sous-traitance ou de prestation ;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes travaux pour anticiper les besoins chantier ;
  • Gérer les documents administratifs liés aux achats (factures, bons de livraison, certificats...) ;
  • Participer à lamélioration des processus achats (reporting, tableaux de bord, archivage...).

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte dIvoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire dun BAC+2 en logistique, achats, ou équivalent
  • Justifier de 3 années dexpérience professionnelle dans un service achat ou à un postesimilaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

Assistant Achat -H/F

  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word)
  • ERP apprécié (type Sage, EBP, Prolog...) ;
  • Organisation, rigueur et sens des priorités ;
  • Bon relationnel et esprit déquipe ;
  • Réactivité et autonomie ;
  • Capacité danalyse et de négociation .
