L'assistant administratif et comptable - H/F

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tache suivante :

L'assistant administratif et comptable sera tenu d'enregistrer les opérations comptables : -journal des achats-journal des ventes-journal grande caisse (ticket) -journal petite caisse-journal de banque (versement et pointage des relevés) -ratio journalier des ventes/achats.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

L'assistant administratif et comptable - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Transmettre des états comptables mensuellement (après visa de la gérante) pour paiement des déclarations fiscale(trimestriellement) et sociale(mensuellement) ;
  • Effectuer le rapport d'activité/planification lecture mensuelle avec la gérante ;
  • Suivre des contrats : contrat des employés -contrats avec les prestataires -contrats avec les tiers-payants -contrat de bail -contrats de maintenance ;
  • Suivre le planning des maintenances (groupe électrogène -split et matériel informatique) ;
  • Facture tiers-payant(édition-transmission) ;
  • Suivre de recouvrements tiers-payant et traitement en machine ;
  • Effectuer le suivi du paiement des factures grossistes, petits fournisseurs, CIE, SODECI et autres prestataires ;
  • Effectuer le suivi du profil de carrière et le prix de la créativité.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'ivoire.

FORMATION

L'assistant administratif et comptable - H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac +2/3 en Comptabilité ou, équivalent ;
  • Justifier au minimum de 2 années d'expérience professionnelle.
