RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

L' Assistant back office - H/F sera sous la supervision de la Direction générale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

  • Réceptionner des commandes et saisir dans SAP (sur les familles de semences essais et commerciales) en lien avec le PMO, suivi des fabrications en lien avec les équipes logistiques, pilotage et suivi de la logistique administrative et du transport ;
  • Effectuer la facturation et suivi des paiements ;
  • Effectuer la gestion opérationnelle et back office de la relation avec les clients ;
  • Participer aux réunions d'équipe ;
  • Organiser des déplacements de l'équipe (visas, hôtel, vols) ;
  • Effectuer les tâches administratives ;
  • Effectuer l'accueil téléphonique ;
  • Effectuer l'accueil physique des visiteurs ;
  • Être le support en représentations chez les clients ou officiels et dans les salons.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en COTE DIVOIRE.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac +2 / 3 en administration commerciale ou agriculture ou commerce ou tout autre diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier une expérience solide et confirmée (5ans minimum) dans l'administration des ventes à l'Export.
  • Compétences en fiscal et RH (paie).

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES ET QUALITES RECHERCHEES

  • Maîtrise de SAP ;
  • Aisance relationnelle, capacité de gestion relation client ;
  • Connaissance du métier des semences ;
  • -Langues : Français / Anglais.
