Assistant comptable client H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

L'assistant comptable client est en charge d'assurer la bonne tenue des comptes clients de la location courte durée.

Comptabilisation

  • Comptabilisation des factures clients ;
  • Comptabilisation des règlements clients.

Analyse des comptes

  • Lettrer les comptes clients ;
  • Analyser les soldes et écarts de règlement.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'ivoire.

FORMATION

Assistant comptable client H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac + 2 en Finances Comptabilité ou diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'une année d'expérience professionnelle à ce poste ou à un poste similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES ET QUALITES RECHERCHEES

Compétences techniques

  • Avoir une bonne connaissance des principes comptables et de la comptabilité générale ;
  • Avoir une vision transversale de la gestion d'entreprise ;
  • Maîtriser Excel - fonctions avancées (TCD, recherches V, fonctions SI)
  • Maîtriser les autres logiciels de base ;
  • Connaître un ERP comptable, idéalement SAGE X3.

  • Bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse ;
  • Être un homme ou une femme de résultats ;
  • Bonne capacité à respecter les délais
  • Bonne capacité à communiquer et à rédiger ;
  • Sens de l'initiative, de l'anticipation ;
  • Rigueur, disponibilité, méthode ;
  • Sens de l'organisation et de l'adaptation ;
  • Dynamisme, sens de l'autonomie, loyauté et diplomatie.
