Le poste d'Assistant comptable H/F sera rattaché au Directeur administratif et financier.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITÉ ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Assistant comptable-H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Réceptionner, vérifier et faire la saisie de toutes les factures dans le logiciel comptable ;
  • Réceptionner, vérifier et faire la saisie de tous les justificatifs de dépenses ;
  • Faire le suivi et la comptabilisation des notes de frais ;
  • Envoyer des situations de paiements aux clients ;
  • Archiver et classer des documents physiques ;
  • Gestion de la base de données de suivi des paiements ;
  • Créer les comptes clients et fournisseurs et assurer leur lettrage, vérifier, traiter et enregistrer les factures ;
  • Traiter les retards, les réclamations, les litiges, gérer les dossiers en recouvrement amiable ;
  • Effectuer les paiements aux impôts et CNPS ;
  • Calculer les paiements des impôts et préparer les déclarations fiscales et sociales ;
  • Chargé de vérifier les documents financiers et les procédures, de rapprocher les relevés bancaires ;
  • Mise en recouvrement des factures clients, paiement des factures fournisseurs ;
  • Facturation des clients et relance des impayés.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être Titulaire d'un BAC+3 en comptabilité ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 3 années dexpérience professionnelle à un poste similaire.

EXPERTISE, SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITÉS RECHERCHÉS

  • Être rigoureux et avoir une bonne capacité de travail avec un minimum d'autonomie ;
  • Avoir une bonne maitrise des logiciels tel que : Word et Excel ;
  • Avoir la maitrise des réglementations comptable et fiscale ;
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance des normes Comptable nationales et internationales ;
  • Avoir une maitrise des logiciels bureautique et de traitement Comptable ;
  • Avoir de la curiosité intellectuelle ;
  • Etre discret ;
  • Avoir de la ténacité ;
  • Etre autonome ;
  • Avoir un esprit de synthèse et d'analyse ;
  • Avoir de la rigueur dans le recueil et le traitement des données ;
  • Etre organiser ;
  • Avoir une aisance relationnelle ;
  • Avoir une forte capacité de travail.
