RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

L' Assistant Contrôle de Gestion - H/F sera sous la supervision du responsable contrôle de gestion.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Assistant Contrôle de Gestion - H/F

  • Accompagner l'équipe du contrôle de gestion pour analyser, piloter et prévoir les coûts et ainsi contribuer à l'optimisation de la performance et la rentabilité de l'entreprise ;
  • Aide dans la préparation des reportings hebdomadaires à destination du Management ;
  • Participation à la préparation et la réalisation des clôtures mensuelles et annuelles ;
  • Support dans la préparation des analyses de demande ;
  • Réalisation de tâches transverses et d'analyses sur l'ensemble des entités ;
  • Participer à la remontée des données chiffrées ;
  • Préparer les documents de synthèse et à la réalisation d'études et d'analyses ponctuelles confiées au service reporting Consolidation ;
  • Participation à la validation mensuelle des éléments business, des inventaires, des notes de frais, des dépenses de communication ;
  • Support aux personnes de l'équipe de contrôle de gestion (suivi des OPEX et Capex, suivi des partenaires) ;
  • Aide à l'administration de l'outil de gestion ;
  • Analyses ponctuelles.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en COTE DIVOIRE.

FORMATION

  • BTS/ DUT Finance Comptabilité /Audit contrôle de gestion ;
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITES RECHERCHÉES

  • Travailler en équipe ;
  • Maitrise des outils bureautiques en particulier Excel et PowerPoint ;
  • Analyse la performance, établir un business plan et analyser la rentabilité dune entreprise ;
  • Avoir une expertise comptable et financière ;
  • Avoir un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse ;
  • Bonnes connaissances de la fiscalité ;
  • Maîtrise de l'outil informatique : Word Excel avancé et de l'ERP AX Dynamics ;
  • Sens de l'organisation et de la rigueur ;
  • Bonne maitrise de l'outil informatique : Microsoft Office et Excel ;
  • Bonne capacité d'analyse.
