La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tache suivante : faciliter le quotidien de sa hiérarchie en assurant la gestion administrative, l'organisation des activités, la communication et le suivi des priorités.

L'Assistant de Direction H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Assurer l'assistance quotidienne des différentes Directions ;
  • Gérer l'agenda, organiser les réunions, déplacements et rendez-vous de la direction ;
  • Préparer, rédiger et mettre en forme les courriers, notes, comptes rendus et documents divers ;
  • Assurer le filtrage des appels et des courriels, en garantissant une communication professionnelle ;
  • Classer, archiver et assurer le suivi des dossiers administratifs ;
  • Réceptionner, enregistrer et assurer le suivi des courriers entrants et factures diverses ;
  • Préparer les documents nécessaires à la prise de décision (tableaux de bord, synthèses, etc.) ;
  • Accueillir les visiteurs et partenaires avec professionnalisme ;
  • Participer à la coordination entre les différents services de l'entreprise.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote divoire.

FORMATION

L'Assistant de Direction H/F

Être titulaire dun Bac+2 en assistanat de direction, secrétariat ou équivalent;

Justifier au minimum de cinq (05) années d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

  • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française à lécrit comme à loral ;
  • Bonne capacité de rédaction de courriers administratifs et professionnels ;
  • Maîtrise du logiciel Microsoft Word (mise en page, styles, publipostage, etc.).
