MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

MISSION PRINCIPALE

Les principales missions, responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Assistant Ressources Humaines -H/F

  • Gérer les temps de travail du personnel, les congés et les absences (maladie, accidents du travail), et assurer la mise à jour du logiciel de gestion de temps ;
  • Veiller à l'évolution de la législation sociale ;
  • Préparer les éléments fixes et variables de la paie ;
  • Gérer des charges sociales et établir les déclarations sociales mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles ;
  • Veiller au paiement dans les délais imposés, des différentes charges sociales ;
  • Répondre aux questions des salariés en matière de paie, congés et charges sociales.
  • Assister le DRH dans laccomplissement de missions variées touchant à ladministration du personnel ;
  • Assurer la gestion administrative et opérationnelle des activités RH, au recrutement, à la formation, à la gestion de carrière ;
  • Traiter le courrier administratif (démissions, attestations, traitement de mesures disciplinaires, procédures de licenciement) ;
  • Rédiger des notes RH : comptes rendus de réunions, notes administratives ;
  • Suivre la gestion externalisée des bulletins de paie, centraliser les plannings de travail et transmettre les éléments variables au gestionnaire de paie ;
  • Réaliser des présentations lors de réunions internes à l'entreprise.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Assistant Ressources Humaines -H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac + 3 en Ressources Humaines ou diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier au moins de 3 années dexpérience dans une fonction similaire.

Savoir-faire

  • Bases solides en droit du travail, législation sociale, droit administratif ;
  • Connaissance des métiers de lentreprise, de la convention collective de lentreprise, des règles internes négociées avec les partenaires sociaux ;
  • Maîtrise des techniques et des logiciels de gestion de paie ;
  • Connaissance de la GRH (gestion des ressources humaines) et de la gestion prévisionnelle de lemploi et des compétences (GPEC) ou gestion de lemploi et des parcours professionnels (GEPP) ;
  • Connaissance en comptabilité et en analyse financière ;
  • Connaissance des techniques de conduite dentretien et de recrutement ;
  • Maîtrise de la gestion administrative des contrats de travail ;
  • Connaissance des méthodes rédactionnelles des rapports professionnels ;
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et notamment du pack Office.
