Le poste d'Assistant développement RH sera rattaché au Responsable RH.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résument à la tâche suivante :

  • Contribuer à la mise en oeuvre de la politique de développement, et de mobilisation du personnel. Il facilite également la diffusion dune culture du changement, dans le respect des procédures internes.

Assistant développement RH - H/F

  • Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :
  • Participer de manière active à la mobilisation et au réengagement du personnel
  • Contribuer à la réalisation des activités du plan de mobilisation ;
  • Il participe lorganisation des activités de valorisation du personnel et damélioration du climat social ;
  • Réaliser les enquêtes périodiques auprès des salariés ;
  • Remonter toutes les préoccupations du personnel (stagiaires, temporaires et salariés) avec des propositions ;
  • Produire les rapports de suivi des actions de la mobilisation du personnel ;
  • Réaliser les activités damélioration de lexpérience collaborateurs ;
  • Participer au recrutement et la fidélisation des talents
  • Elaborer les appels à candidature ;
  • Organiser les interviews des DO avec les candidats ;
  • Réaliser les activités du programme Onboarding ;
  • Rédiger les procès-verbaux de recrutement ;
  • Procéder aux contrôles de référence ;
  • Gérer la formation professionnelle continue :
  • Effectuer le suivi des actions du plan de formation ;
  • Evaluer périodiquement les cabinets de formation ;
  • Réaliser le bilan des formations ;
  • Transmission des documents au FDFP.

Cette liste de missions nest pas exhaustive et pourra intégrer toute autre action nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de lactivité de la société.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire .

FORMATION

Assistant développement RH - H/F

  • Être titulaire dun Bac + 4/5 en Sciences Sociales, GRH ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 2 ans à une fonction similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Assistant développement RH - H/F

  • Avoir une bonne connaissance de gestion des ressources humaine ;
  • Maitriser l'ingénierie de la formation professionnelle ;
  • Maitriser les techniques d'évaluation et les principes de recrutement ;
  • Savoir rédiger les rapports ;
  • Être orienté résultat et avoir la culture de la performance ;
  • Être capable de travailler sous pression ;
  • Faire preuve de discrétion et de confidentialité ;
  • Avoir une grande capacité découte et d'empathie envers les collaborateurs ;
  • Faire preuve de rigueur et dorganisation dans l'exécution de ses activités ;
  • Avoir un bon sens relationnel ;
  • Savoir travailler en équipe ;
  • Être respectueux des procédures de travail.
