Le poste d'assistant digital H/F sera rattaché à la Direction Générale.

Mission PRINCIPALE, RESPONSABILITÉS ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

ASSISTANT DIGITAL H/F

En tant qu'Assistant Digital, vous serez responsable de la gestion et de l'animation des communautés digitales pour nos marques. Vos principales missions incluent :

  • Création et gestion de contenu : Produire des publications engageantes (textes, visuels, vidéos) adaptées aux différentes plateformes sociales.
  • Planification : Élaborer un calendrier éditorial en accord avec les objectifs marketing et les attentes des clients.
  • Animation des communautés : Interagir avec les abonnés, répondre aux commentaires et messages privés de manière professionnelle et proactive.
  • Stratégie digitale : Participer à la définition de stratégies social media pour accroître la visibilité et l'engagement des marques.
  • Veille et reporting : Suivre les tendances du secteur, analyser les performances des campagnes et rédiger des rapports mensuels avec des recommandations.
  • Gestion des crises : Identifier et gérer les situations délicates sur les réseaux sociaux avec réactivité et diplomatie.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un diplôme en marketing, communication ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum d'un (1) an d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPÉTENCES

Assistant digital-H/F

Compétences

  • Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des plateformes de réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), et des outils d'analyse (Agora, Facebook Insights).
  • Connaissances en production vidéo : Capacité à créer et à monter des vidéos adaptées aux réseaux sociaux.
  • Qualités personnelles : Créativité, rigueur, capacité d'adaptation et excellent sens de la communication.

Langues : Maîtrise parfaite du Français (écrit et oral).
