Le poste d'assistant infrastructure sera rattaché au Chef infrastructure.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Assistant infrastructure - H/F

  • Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :
  • Superviser la plateforme ;
  • Ecrire des lignes de code dans les langages de script pour automatiser lexécution des tâches ;
  • Rédiger des rapports dactivité mensuels, trimestriels, annuels ;
  • Rédiger des rapports ponctuels à la demande du Responsable hiérarchique sur des problématiques spécifiques ;
  • Suivre les statistiques des performances de linfrastructure à travers des indicateurs ;
  • Documenter les interventions conformément aux procédures ;
  • Être un Support sur l'application métier ;
  • Assister et former les utilisateurs tout en gérant leurs requêtes ;
  • Participer au maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) et assurer que l'ensemble des Systèmes d'Informations sont fonctionnelles ;
  • Assurer le fonctionnement optimal des infrastructures ;
  • Prendre part activement aux initiatives d'innovation sur l'automatisation et la métrologie ;
  • Effectuer une veille technologique ;
  • Soutenir les processus de rédaction, conception et de spécification fonctionnelles de linfrastructure technologique pour garantir les meilleures pratiques et de standardisation ;
  • Travailler avec les équipes de support des applications et les fournisseurs, ainsi quavec les équipes projet pour proposer ou participer au choix des solutions, faire des recommandations ;
  • Effectuer les réglages et l'optimisation des performances ;
  • Coordonner des tests et participer aux recettes techniques et les mises en production ;
  • Gérer sur instruction du Responsable, les réunions tant avec les acteurs internes quexternes.

Cette liste de missions nest pas exhaustive et pourra intégrer toute autre action nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de lactivité de la société.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Assistant infrastructure - H/F

  • Être titulaire au minimum dun BAC + 3 en Informatique ou tout autre diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier de minimum 02 années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire et doit justifier dun certificat.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Assistant infrastructure - H/F

  • Bonne connaissance des système Unix / Linux / RHEL / AIX IBM ;
  • Bonne connaissance des système MS-Windows Server ;
  • Bonne connaissance des Technologies de virtualisation Redhat, Linux KVM,WMware ;
  • Bonne connaissance des équipements et technologies IBM Power, IBM San-Switch ;
  • Bonne connaissance des équipement et technologies x86 (HPE, DELL,) ;
  • Bonne connaissance et utilisation DEVOPS ;
  • Connaissance de la Gestion de cluster et de volume RHEL ;
  • Connaissance des technologies IBM cluster ;
  • Connaissance Technologies IBM Power VM ;
  • Gestion de cluster et de volume IBM ;
  • Connaissance en équilibrage de charge KEMP LoadMaster ;
  • Connaissance et déploiement de conteneurs Docker/Ansible ;
  • Bonne connaissance en programmation Shell, Perl.
