La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tache suivante :

Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marketing et d'innovation pour promouvoir les produits et services de la pharmacie dans les limites déontologiques. Attirer de nouveaux clients et fidéliser la clientèle existante à travers la gestion et lentretien du portefeuille clients de la pharmacie.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Planifier, exécuter et évaluer les initiatives marketing ainsi que la recherche de nouvelles opportunités dinnovation dans lenvironnement de la pharmacie ;
  • Effectuer la communication offline et online sur les différents canaux de la communication de la pharmacie avec les outils de communication dont dispose la pharmacie ;
  • Proposition de la stratégie marketing : Elaborer chaque année, chaque semestre ou chaque trimestre une stratégie marketing en lien avec les objectifs commerciaux de la pharmacie en prenant en compte ces éléments : les évènements sanitaires et saisonnières, les cibles, les besoins, les demandes non satisfaits et les opportunités de croissance ;
  • Promotion des produits, services et autres activités : concevoir et mettre en œuvre des campagnes de promotion pour les produits et services de la pharmacie tout en mettant un accent particulier sur le click et collecte et ses avantages pour la patientèle ;
  • Animation du point de vente et éducation (officine) : Assurer de façon périodique, lanimation spéciale du point de vente et/ou avec les commerciaux des laboratoires de produits pharmaceutiques, tout en participants à léducation et la fidélisation des patients ;
  • Gestion et entretien du portefeuille clients : constituer la base de données des clients de la pharmacie et collecter chaque jour les numéros des nouveaux clients inscrits dans les outils de portefeuille clients afin de procéder à leur enregistrement systématique ;
  • Analyse du marché et veille concurrentielle : Effectuer des études de marché fréquente et des sondages périodiques du marché des produits de santé pour comprendre les tendances, les besoins des clients, les comportements dachat et les forces et faiblesses des concurrents. Ces informations seront utilisées pour adapter les stratégies marketing et identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance ;
  • Développement de partenariats : Etablir des partenariats avec les acteurs du secteur de la santé tels que les médecins, les cliniques, les hôpitaux, les associations de patients, les ONG, les structures publiques et privées ;
  • Analyser périodiquement des résultats obtenus, les chiffres importants, identifier les opportunités damélioration et ajuster les stratégies en conséquence.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote divoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire dun BAC/ BAC+ 2 en marketing ;
  • Justifier au minimum d'un (01) année professionnelle.

  • Élaboration de plans marketing opérationnels (lancements, promotions, actions terrain) ;
  • Réalisation détudes de marché et analyses concurrentielles ;
  • Création et gestion de contenus marketing (flyers, brochures, newsletters) ;
  • Organisation danimations commerciales ;
  • Maîtrise des fondamentaux du marketing digital (emailing, réseaux sociaux) ;
  • Suivi de portefeuille clients (appels, relances, fidélisation) ;
  • Gestion de la relation client (réponses aux demandes, SAV) ;
  • Mise à jour et gestion de base de données clients (CRM) ;
  • Reporting hebdomadaire ou mensuel à la direction.
