MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

BUSINESS DEVELOPER H/F

Il devra développer et structurer le portefeuille client de la filiale en Côte dIvoire, en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités, en assurant la prospection et en construisant des relations commerciales durables.

Responsabilités principales

1. Développement commercial & prospection

  • Identifier de nouveaux clients (PME, institutions, agences, annonceurs);
  • Mener des actions de prospection efficaces (téléphone, terrain, email, réseaux);
  • Présenter les offres de la filiale (achat despace média, conseil, digital);
  • Élaborer des propositions commerciales pertinentes et personnalisées;
  • Conclure les ventes et contractualiser.

2. Fidélisation & suivi

  • Suivre les clients signés pour garantir leur satisfaction et détecter de nouveaux besoins;
  • Proposer des ventes additionnelles ou croisées selon les opportunités;
  • Créer une relation de confiance sur le long terme .

3. Veille & stratégie

  • Assurer une veille marché sur la communication, la publicité et les appels doffres;
  • Identifier les événements, salons ou partenariats pertinents pour la visibilité de la filiale à Abidjan;
  • Émettre des recommandations sur le positionnement et les opportunités locales.

4. Coordination & reporting

  • Collaborer avec les équipes basées à Dakar (média, production, digital, finance);
  • Préparer les briefings projets pour le pôle conseil;
  • Envoyer un reporting hebdomadaire de prospection et de résultats;
  • Suivre latteinte des objectifs de chiffre daffaires.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte dIvoire.

FORMATION

BUSINESS DEVELOPER H/F

  • Bac+3/5 en commerce, marketing, communication;
  • Justifier dun minimum de 2 ans dans un poste similaire (agence, régie, média, service B2B).

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES ET QUALITES RECHERCHEES

  • Solides compétences en vente B2B;
  • Aisance en négociation et en présentation client;
  • Bon niveau rédactionnel (propositions commerciales, emails pros, reporting);
  • Connaissance du marché publicitaire ivoirien (TV, radio, digital, affichage, presse...);
  • Excellent relationnel, fibre commerciale, goût du terrain;
  • Autonomie, rigueur, réactivité;
  • Sens de linitiative et esprit entrepreneurial;
  • Présentation irréprochable et sens de la diplomatie;
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance du marché local et du tissu économique ivoirien.
