Le Chargé des programmes - H/F sera sous la supervision du responsable contrôle de gestion.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Chargé des programmes - H/F

Conduite des programmes d'accompagnement

  • Coordonner les divers programmes du centre en appui au responsable du centre;
  • Participer à la construction des programmes: objectifs, besoin, conception de livrables, parcours, boîte à outils ;
  • Analyser les besoins spécifiques des bénéficiaires des différents programmes (start-ups pour programme Accelerate, étudiants, internes) ;
  • Définir, planifier, suivre et coordonner les programmes et leurs objectifs ;
  • Mettre en place des mécanismes dévaluation des programmes pour en mesurer l'efficacité ;
  • Proposer des améliorations aux programmes.

Participation à la phase de sourcing et qualification des startups

  • Participer à la construction dune grille dévaluation pour sélection des candidats aux différents programmes ;
  • Examiner les informations collectées pour qualifier et évaluer la pertinence des candidatures ;
  • Participer à la prise de décision du sourcing des postulants aux différents programmes.

Coordination avec les partenaires opérationnels

  • Maintenir à jour la liste des partenaires internes et externes du centre (coachs, mentors, tuteurs, etc.) ;
  • Coordonner l'intervention des différents partenaires pour leurs sessions (coaching start-up, suivi programme, etc.) ;
  • Suivre la performance des partenaires et ajuster leurs attentes si nécessaire ;
  • Participer aux plans de communication relatifs aux différents programmes et activités du centre avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes (communication, RH, etc.).

Gestion opérationnelle des programmes

  • Définir les process d'onboarding des participants aux programmes
  • Piloter le training plan des participants
  • Définir avec le responsable du centre le planning évènementiel et suivre les différentes activités du centre (webinaires, hackathons, formations, master class, journées portes ouvertes, etc.)

Appui tactique au responsable du centre

  • Assister aux différentes réunions en appui ou avec les équipes du centre ;
  • Fournir un soutien tactique aux différentes équipes du centre, en identifiant les besoins des différentes parties prenantes aux activités du centre ;
  • Identifier des outils pertinents au bon fonctionnement du centre en concertation avec le responsable du centre et le chargé de gestion opérationnelle du centre.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en COTE DIVOIRE.

FORMATION

  • Bac+4/5 en communication, gestion de projet ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier 3 années dans la gestion de programmes d'innovation.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITES RECHERCHÉES

  • Forte appétence pour le monde du digital et des nouvelles technologies ;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément ;
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à prioriser les tâches ;
  • Fortes compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe.
