Le poste de Chargé de recouvrement sera rattaché au Responsable recouvrement.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Chargé de recouvrement - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Analyser les créances et mettre en oeuvre les actions de recouvrement ;
  • Assurer les activités de relance (par courrier, téléphone, mail, visites) et de règlements ;
  • Contrôler la régularité des paiements dans le cadre de modalités définies ;
  • Gérer et justifier les écarts ;
  • Respecter les exigences légales en cas daction en justice ;
  • Suivre les comptes clients et identifier les créances échues ;
  • Produire des reportings réguliers (état des créances, encaissements, impayés) ;
  • Veiller au respect des procédures internes et de la réglementation en vigueur.

Cette liste de missions nest pas exhaustive et pourra intégrer toute autre action nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de lactivité de la société.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Chargé de recouvrement - H/F

  • Être titulaire dun Bac+2/3 en Comptabilité, Finance, Gestion ou tout autre diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier de minimum 03 années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Chargé de recouvrement - H/F

  • Bonne connaissance des techniques de recouvrement ;
  • Notions de comptabilité clients ;
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et logiciels de gestion ;
  • Maitrise du logiciel Excel ;
  • Capacité de négociation et de persuasion ;
  • Sens de lécoute et de la diplomatie ;
  • Rigueur, organisation et résistance au stress.
