Le poste de Chargé de Recrutement Junior sera sous la supervision du Responsable Recrutement.

MISSIONS,

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tâche suivante :

  • Participer à la mise en œuvre des missions de recrutement du cabinet, depuis l'identification des candidats jusqu'à leur présentation aux clients, dans le respect des exigences des postes et des délais impartis.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales fonctions et responsabilité du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Participer aux prises de brief avec les clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins en recrutement ;
  • Rechercher et identifier des candidats à travers les CVthèques, les réseaux
  • professionnels et les approches directes ;
  • Trier les CV et réaliser les préqualifications téléphoniques ;
  • Conduire les entretiens de présélection et évaluer l'adéquation des profils avec les postes ;
  • Rédiger les comptes rendus d'entretien et les rapports de candidature ;
  • Participer à la constitution des shortlists et à la présentation des candidats aux clients ;
  • Assurer le suivi des candidatures, les relances et la prise de références professionnelles ;
  • Mettre à jour la base de données candidats et les tableaux de suivi des recrutements.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+2 en Ressources Humaines, Gestion ou domaine équivalent ;
  • Une première expérience en recrutement constitue un atout.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

  • Bonne connaissance des outils bureautiques et des réseaux professionnels.
  • Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et relationnelles.
  • Sens de l'organisation, rigueur, réactivité, discrétion et esprit d'équipe.
