Le poste de Chef Comptable sera rattaché à la Direction Administrative et Financière.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Chef Comptable - H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Assister le DAF dans la bonne marche des activités comptables et financières de l'entreprise ;
  • Superviser toutes les tâches relatives à la tenue de la comptabilité : comptabilité générale, auxiliaire (Clients, Fournisseurs, Paie), et analytique ;
  • Superviser les travaux des comptables seniors ;
  • Tenir les livres comptables, des déclarations fiscales et sociales ;
  • Être en veille permanente sur l'actualité financière et fiscale.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Chef Comptable – H/F

Les principales fonctions et responsabilité du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Tenir les comptes en comptabilité générale et analytique ;
  • Effectuer et vérifier les correctes imputations et saisies comptables dans le logiciel de comptabilité générale (fournisseurs à l'importation, fournisseurs locaux, sous-traitants, clients, consultants, opérations de trésorerie, etc.) ;
  • S'assurer de la correcte comptabilisation des aspects fiscaux découlant des opérations effectuées avec les tiers ;
  • Effectuer la revue des états de rapprochements bancaires ;
  • Etablir le plan de trésorerie ;
  • Élaborer les déclarations fiscales et sociales dans les temps impartis ;
  • Effectuer les travaux de clôture et établir régulièrement sous forme normalisée, les états annuels comptables et fiscaux de synthèse dans les temps impartis ;
  • Contrôler régulièrement les activités de la caisse ;
  • Comptabiliser de la paie ;
  • Superviser les règlements fournisseurs et les recouvrements client ;
  • Faire le reporting mensuel : comptes analytiques d'exploitation par projet, état des fournisseurs à payer, Etat de la trésorerie, Etat des charges financières, etc.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Chef Comptable – H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac+4 /5 en Comptabilité, Contrôle, Audit (CCA) ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 8 années d'expérience à un poste similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Chef Comptable – H/F

Connaissances techniques :

  • Maîtrise du logiciel comptable SAARI SAGE ;
  • Une expérience significative dans une fonction similaire de préférence dans le BTP ;
  • Parfaite maîtrise de l'environnement fiscal ivoirien ;
  • Doté d'un bon relationnel, être force de proposition, structuré et faire preuve d'esprit d'analyse ;
  • Très bonne capacité d'organisation dans la supervision des tâches ;
  • La rigueur, l'autonomie et la confidentialité sont indispensables dans l'exercice de ses fonctions.
