CHEF D'USINE H/F

  • Assurer la production d'hévéa transformé dans les délais, quantités et qualités exigés par les clients.
  • Responsable des exportations du produit fini.
  • Garantir le bon fonctionnement technique, humain et organisationnel de l'usine.
  • Optimiser les performances industrielles tout en respectant les normes de qualité, sécurité, environnement et les objectifs économiques.
  • Contribuer directement à la satisfaction client et à la rentabilité de l'unité.

CHEF D'USINE H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Piloter et coordonner l'ensemble des activités de l'usine, de la réception des matières premières à l'expédition des produits finis.
  • Veiller à l'atteinte des objectifs de production en quantité, qualité, coûts et délais.
  • Assurer la gestion optimale des ressources humaines, matérielles et financières de l'usine.
  • Garantir le respect des procédures, normes et réglementations (qualité, sécurité, environnement).
  • Conduire une démarche d'amélioration continue pour accroître la performance globale de l'usine.

RESPONSABILITÉS ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

CHEF D'USINE H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Planifier, organiser et suivre la production selon les prévisions et commandes.
  • Superviser les équipes de production, maintenance, qualité, logistique et laboratoire.
  • Contrôler la conformité des matières premières, produits en cours et produits finis.
  • Optimiser l'utilisation des équipements et assurer leur disponibilité par une bonne coordination avec la maintenance.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance (rendement, taux de rebuts, consommation énergétique, etc.).
  • Gérer les budgets liés à la production et aux opérations de l'usine.
  • Assurer la sécurité des personnes et des installations.
  • Superviser la formation et le développement des compétences des équipes.
  • Coordonner les audits internes et externes (qualité, HSE, clients).
  • Assurer la communication interne et externe relative au fonctionnement de l'usine.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Ottawa (Soubré) en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • BAC+4/5 en qualité/chimie (Agro-industrie)/(industrie) /Agronomie/Transformation des produits agricoles ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 3 à 5 années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire dans le domaine agro-industriel, transformation du caoutchouc ;
  • Qualifications : Bonne maîtrise des normes ISO et des référentiels qualité ;
  • Autres connaissances : Une expérience dans un projet de certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ou autre) est fortement souhaitée ;
  • Capacités : Être capable de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel.

  • Contraintes liées au poste : Respect des délais pour la mise en conformité et l'obtention des certifications ; Collaborer efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires ; Travailler dans un environnement industriel potentiellement exigeant sur le plan physique ; Déplacements possibles
  • Qualités requises : Rigueur et sens du détail ; Leadership et capacité à fédérer autour des enjeux de qualité ; Excellentes compétences en communication et pédagogie.
  • Expérience, Honnêteté, disponibilité et sens de la responsabilité.
  • Autres dispositions : Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et communicationnelles.
