RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Le poste Chef de département Comptabilité et Contrôle de Gestion sera sous la supervision du Directeur Financier et Comptable.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITES ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

MISSIONS

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Assurer la gestion optimale des équipes et des dispositifs afin de garantir, dans les délais requis, la production et le reporting des informations financières et comptables régulières et fiables ;
  • Assurer le contrôle du dispositif de maîtrise des coûts et analyser des données de gestion afin de déterminer les gains de productivité possibles ou les synergies envisageables afin d'accompagner efficacement la Direction Générale dans sa prise de décision ;
  • Assurer le respect des obligations légales et réglementaires et la gestion des tiers chargés (CAC, Contrôleurs fiscaux, CIMA) du contrôle des activités sous sa responsabilité.

RESPONSABILITÉS ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Organiser et superviser la gestion prévisionnelle des activités ;
  • Organiser et superviser la comptabilisation des opérations ;
  • Organiser et superviser la production des reportings (comptables, de gestion, réglementaires) ;
  • Organiser et superviser les diligences comptables relatives aux déclarations légales ;
  • Contrôler l'exécution des dépenses en vue dune bonne maîtrise des coûts ;
  • Optimiser notamment par la digitalisation les processus afin de fluidifier les opérations dans son périmètre ;
  • Analyser les performances de l'activité et faire des recommandations d'optimisation ;
  • Participer aux missions des tiers extérieurs en lien avec la Comptabilité (CAC, Contrôleurs fiscaux, CIMA).

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire au minimum d'un Bac +4/5 en Comptabilité, Finance, Gestion, MSTCF ou tout autre diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 05 années d'expérience à un poste d'encadrement ou similaire de préférence dans le secteur banque et assurances.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITÉS RECHERCHES

COMPÉTENCES ATTENDUES

  • Maîtriser des principes comptables et financiers ;
  • Maitriser les techniques d'élaboration et suivi du budget ;
  • Maîtriser les outils informatiques et des logiciels de comptabilité ;
  • Maitriser les techniques d'animation d'une équipe et les outils de résolution de problèmes ;
  • Être capable d'analyser des données complexes ;
  • Avoir une bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse ;
  • Maîtriser des logiciels de traitement des données (Excel, Access) et l'utilisation de PowerPoint ;
  • Disposer dune bonne capacité d'écoute et savoir-faire preuve de discrétion ;
  • Être capable de travailler sous pression et à gérer le stress ;
  • Faire preuve d'intégrité et d'objectivité dans la collecte et la présentation des données ;
  • Être capable de communiquer de façon efficace ;
  • Avoir de bonnes qualités relationnelles.
