  • Le poste de Chef de production sera rattaché à la Direction.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résument à la tâche suivante :

Assurer la gestion, la coordination et l'optimisation de l'ensemble du processus de production de crème glacée, dans le respect des normes de qualité, d'hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et des objectifs de productivité fixés par l'entreprise.

Chef de Production - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Gestion de la production

  • Planifier, organiser et superviser toutes les étapes de fabrication de la crème glacée (pasteurisation, maturation, turbinage, conditionnement, stockage) ;
  • Élaborer et suivre le planning de production selon les commandes et les prévisions ;
  • Optimiser les rendements et réduire les pertes de matières premières ;
  • Veiller au respect des recettes, dosages et procédures de transformation.

Qualité & Contrôle

  • Garantir la conformité des produits aux normes de qualité internes et externes ;
  • Superviser les contrôles qualité sur matières premières, produits semi-finis et produits finis ;
  • Signaler et corriger tout écart ou non-conformité.

Management déquipe

  • Encadrer, motiver et évaluer l'équipe de production (opérateurs, techniciens, manutentionnaires) ;
  • Former le personnel aux bonnes pratiques dhygiène et de fabrication ;
  • Gérer les plannings, absences et besoins en renfort.

Gestion du matériel & maintenance

  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement des équipements ;
  • Organiser la maintenance préventive et corrective avec le service technique ;
  • Suivre les stocks de consommables et de pièces de rechange.

Sécurité & Hygiène

  • Appliquer et faire respecter les normes d'hygiène et sécurité alimentaire ;
  • Garantir la propreté permanente de lunité de production (locaux, machines, ustensiles).

Reporting

  • Établir un reporting quotidien/hebdomadaire à votre hiérarchie : volumes produits, consommations, rendements, incidents, non-conformités.
  • Proposer des axes d'amélioration continue.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote dIvoire.

FORMATION

Chef de production - H/F

  • Être titulaire dun Bac+2/3 en Génie alimentaire, Industrie agroalimentaire, Qualité, Production ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier dun minimum de 2 à 5 ans dans une unité de fabrication agroalimentaire (idéalement produits laitiers, glaces, jus ou pâtisserie industrielle).

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Chef de production - H/F

  • Connaissance approfondie du process de fabrication de produits laitiers ou glacés ;
  • Maîtrise des normes et bonnes pratiques agroalimentaires ;
  • Compétences en planification et gestion industrielle ;
  • Notions en maintenance déquipements agroalimentaires ;
  • Leadership et capacité à motiver une équipe ;
  • Sens de lorganisation et de la rigueur ;
  • Capacité à résoudre rapidement les problèmes opérationnels ;
  • Réactivité, dynamisme et autonomie ;
  • Sens du détail et de la qualité ;
  • Bonne gestion du stress.
