Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

CHEF DE PRODUITS MARKETING - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Faire la veille et procéder au développement de l'offre produit :

  • Assurer une veille concurrentielle sur son univers de produits & services ;
  • Effectuer un état des lieux réguliers des produits et services existants en fonction de la segmentation des clients ;
  • Coordonner et/ou réaliser les études de marché ;
  • Analyser les évolutions du marché afin de proposer des adaptations ou de nouveaux produits ;
  • Positionner la gamme des produits en fonction du marché et de la stratégie marketing globale ;

Piloter le plan d'action :

  • Exécuter le plan d'action marketing ;
  • Piloter la mise en place technique des offres ;
  • Coordonner de manière transversale les différents services intervenant dans le processus de conception.

Suivre la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des activités :

  • Participer à la rédaction des conditions générales de vente ;
  • Rédiger des argumentaires et les fiches-produits ;
  • Proposer des actions d'animation commerciale ;
  • Participer à la définition des outils d'aide à la vente.
  • Produire des rapports d'activités.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'ivoire.

FORMATION

CHEF DE PRODUITS MARKETING - H/F

  • Être titulaire au minimum d'un Bac +4/5 Marketing , école de commerce ou tout autre diplômes équivalent
  • Justifier de minimum 03 années d'expériences professionnelle dans une fonction similaire de préférence dans le secteur des Banques et Assurances.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

  • Maîtriser les techniques marketing ;
  • Maitriser des techniques de veille (produits) ;
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance en gestion de projet ;
  • Maitriser les techniques d'études marketing et études de portefeuille clients ;
  • Maîtriser la prise de parole en public ;
  • Etre orienté résultat et avoir la culture de la performance ;
  • Être capable de travailler sous pression ;
  • Faire preuve de discrétion et de confidentialité ;
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance de la suite office ;
  • Faire preuve de rigueur et organisation dans l'exécution de ses activités ;
  • Avoir un bon sens relationnel ;
  • Savoir travailler en équipe ;
  • Avoir la capacité à entretenir et à développer un réseau ;
  • Être respectueux des procédures de travail.
