MISSIONS

Chef de Projet Communication – H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Concevra, pilotera et coordonnera l'ensemble des actions de communication internes et/ou externes de l'entreprise afin de développer sa notoriété, valoriser son image de marque et soutenir ses objectifs stratégiques.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Chef de Projet Communication – H/F

Les principales fonctions et responsabilités du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Élaboration de la stratégie de communication

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre le plan de communication annuel ;
  • Identifier les cibles, messages clés et canaux adaptés ;
  • Assurer la cohérence de limage et du positionnement de la marque.

Gestion de projets

  • Piloter les campagnes de communication (print, digital, événementiel, médias) ;
  • Élaborer les plannings et budgets ;
  • Coordonner les équipes internes et les prestataires externes (agences, graphistes, imprimeurs, médias) ;
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) ;
  • Participation aux réponses appel d'offre et prospection commerciale.

Communication digitale

  • Superviser les réseaux sociaux et le site web ;
  • Participer à la création de contenus (articles, newsletters, vidéos, supports visuels) ;
  • Optimiser la visibilité en ligne (SEO, campagnes sponsorisées).

Communication interne

  • Développer les supports internes (intranet, affichage, newsletters internes) ;
  • Accompagner la conduite du changement ;
  • Favoriser l'engagement des collaborateurs.

Relations publiques & événementiel

  • Organiser des événements (salons, conférences, lancements produits) ;
  • Gérer les relations presse et partenaires ;
  • Rédiger des communiqués et dossiers de presse.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Chef de Projet Communication – H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac +4/5 en communication, marketing, école de commerce ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 3 à 5 ans minimum en gestion de projet communication.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise des outils digitaux et des réseaux sociaux ;
  • Connaissance des techniques rédactionnelles ;
  • Gestion budgétaire ;

  • Analyse des performances (Google Analytics ou équivalent).
