RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Le poste de Chef de projets sera rattaché à la Direction générale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument à la tache suivante :

  • Superviser la planification et l'exécution d'un événement sportif international de grande envergure ;
  • Piloter l'ensemble du cycle de vie du projet : planification, exécution, opérations et évaluation post-événement ;
  • Gérer les délais, les budgets, les prestataires et les processus d'approvisionnement ;
  • Coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires et assurer une communication fluide ;
  • Assurer la liaison avec les partenaires internationaux, les autorités locales et les fournisseurs ;
  • Superviser la logistique, la sécurité, la conformité réglementaire et les processus opérationnels ;
  • Produire des rapports d'avancement, des plannings et de la documentation pour la Direction ;
  • Veiller au respect des normes et des échéances fixées ;
  • Participer au recrutement et à la gestion des équipes opérationnelles locales ;
  • Superviser les opérations sur site pendant l'événement.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Kolwezi, RDC Congo.

FORMATION

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet ou en gestion d'événements ;
  • Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et organisation ;
  • Capacité à gérer une logistique complexe et de multiples parties prenantes ;
  • Expérience dans des événements de grande envergure, le sport, la construction ou les opérations (un atout) ;
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et dans des environnements dynamiques ;
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais (le français est un plus) ;
  • Disponibilité pour travailler sur site à Johannesburg selon les besoins.
