RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE Le poste de Chef de Publicité Senior sera sous la supervision de la Direction Générale.

MISSIONS,

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume aux tâches suivantes :

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie marketing et digitale de l'entreprise, de concevoir et structurer les offres de services et de développer sa visibilité et sa notoriété sur les différents canaux numériques.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales fonctions et responsabilité du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Stratégie marketing et digitale

  • Participer à la définition et au déploiement de la stratégie marketing et digitale ;
  • Définir les orientations permettant de renforcer la visibilité et la notoriété de l'entreprise ;
  • Assurer une veille sur les tendances du marché, du digital et de la concurrence.

Conception et structuration des offres

  • Concevoir et structurer les offres de services ;
  • Adapter les offres aux besoins du marché et des clients ;
  • Contribuer à leur positionnement et à leur valorisation.

Communication digitale

  • Piloter la gestion et l'animation des réseaux sociaux ;
  • Concevoir et déployer des campagnes digitales ;
  • Développer la présence et la visibilité de l'entreprise sur les différents canaux numériques ;
  • Suivre et analyser les performances des actions digitales.

Développement

  • Identifier les opportunités de développement ;
  • Proposer de nouvelles offres et axes de croissance ;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable Commercial afin de soutenir le développement des activités.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+5 en Marketing ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 3 années d'expérience à un poste similaire ;
  • Une expérience idéalement acquise au sein d'une régie publicitaire ou d'une agence de communication.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

  • Bonne connaissance des techniques de prospection, négociation et vente ;
  • Force de proposition ;
  • Excellent relationnel ;
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe.
