Le poste de Chef de rayon H/F sera rattaché à la Direction Générale.

Missions PRINCIPALES,

Chef de rayon H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument à la tâche suivante :

  • Il/elle est chargé(e) d'animer, avec son équipe, un rayon spécialisé (fruits, bricolage, papeterie) ;
  • Il organise son espace de vente, choisit les produits, rencontre les fournisseurs, décide des actions de promotion, conseille les clients et encadre son équipe de vendeurs. Il est responsable du chiffre d'affaires de son rayon et en assure la rentabilité.

RESPONSABILITÉS ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

ANIMATION COMMERCIALE

  • Définir les produits à acheter en fonction des tendances du marché et de la politique de référencement du magasin
  • Sélectionner ses fournisseurs, les rencontrer ;
  • Négocier les achats, passer les commandes ou bien choisir les gammes de produits auprès de la centrale d'achats ;
  • Réceptionner et référencer les produits ;
  • Les implanter au mieux en magasin, les mettre en scène ;
  • Fixer les prix pour obtenir une marge raisonnable ;
  • Organiser des opérations de promotions.

Gestion et Exploitation courante

  • Gérer les stocks sur ordinateur afin d'éviter tout surplus ou manque ;
  • Vérifier l'approvisionnement des linéaires et des têtes de gondole ;
  • Contrôler le retour des invendus ;
  • Surveiller la tenue du rayon (prix bien étiquetés, produits mis en valeur, propreté) ;
  • Gérer le compte d'exploitation du rayon.

MANAGEMENT ET ENCADREMENT DES ÉQUIPES

  • Recruter son équipe ;
  • Organiser sa formation ;
  • Répartir, planifier et vérifier son travail ;
  • Contrôler les présences, informer les membres de l'équipe, les conseiller et les motiver ;
  • Avoir un rôle d'arbitre dans le règlement de conflits interpersonnels ;
  • Organiser des réunions pour évoquer les besoins propres à chacun, les problèmes d'organisation, les performances financières du rayon et les plans d'action.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un diplôme en gestion commerciale ; marketing ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 3 à 5 années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire.

  • Matinal, actif et capable de rester debout plusieurs heures par jour pour réceptionner l'arrivée des marchandises dans les dépôts, aider son équipe à décharger les palettes, à mettre en rayon, vérifier que tout est en ordre avant l'ouverture du magasin et au cours de la journée, aller chercher un produit manquant en stock
  • Autonome dans la gestion de son rayon ;
  • Être doté d'un relationnel aisé, mais ferme pour dialoguer avec plusieurs interlocuteurs (direction, collaborateurs, fournisseurs) ;
  • Leader et convaincant pour souder son équipe et la motiver ;
  • Résistant au stress, réactif pour faire face à la pression du chiffre d'affaires, les imprévus qui font partie du quotidien ;
  • Fin négociateur dans le cadre des relations avec les fournisseurs ;
  • Polyvalent pour faire face aux multiples tâches ;
  • Doté d'un esprit d'analyse pour faire face aux problématiques quotidiennes ;
  • Organiser pour répartir efficacement le travail Grande sensibilité financière afin d'assurer et de contrôler la rentabilité du rayon.
