  • Le poste de Chef de Service Achats et Approvisionnement sera rattaché au Directeur de l'Administration et des Ressources Humaines

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Chef de service Achats et Approvisionnement - H/F

La mission principale du titulaire du poste est la suivante : mettre en œuvre à la stratégie d'acquisition des biens et services de la société. Il sassure de gestion optimisée des achats et de lapprovisionnement de lentreprise.

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes:

Stratégie Achats & Performance

  • Identifier les besoins des services et les consolider pour validation ;
  • Lancer et organiser des appels doffres afin de sélectionner les fournisseurs et prestataires adéquats ;
  • Négocier les contrats (services généraux, IT, prestations de services) pour optimiser les coûts et la qualité ;
  • Assurer le sourcing et l'évaluation régulière des fournisseurs ;
  • Vérifier la qualité, la quantité et aux délais des livraisons et gérer les litiges éventuels avec les fournisseurs.

Gestion Opérationnelle via l'ERP SAGE Achat

  • Piloter lintégralité du cycle achat (demandes, commandes, réceptions, factures) avec le logiciel Sage ;
  • Gérer les stocks de consommables et superviser les réceptions. ;
  • Garantir l'adéquation entre les engagements d'achats et les budgets validés ;
  • Suivre le budget achats par famille de produits et effectuer des reportings réguliers ;
  • Assurer un benchmark régulier et suivre l'évolution des prix afin didentifier de nouveaux fournisseurs et optimiser les coûts ;
  • Veiller à la sécurisation des approvisionnements en équipements et autres prestations de services ;
  • Garantir le respect des procédures internes et des normes qualité/sécurité ;
  • Assurer le Reporting auprès de la direction et proposer des leviers damélioration continue.

Gestion du Patrimoine Documentaire (Archives)

  • Organiser et superviser larchivage physique et numérique des dossiers clients (sinistres, contrats) ;
  • Garantir la conformité légale en matière de délais de conservation et de destruction sécurisée ;
  • Accompagner la digitalisation des processus d'archivage (GED).

Cette liste de missions nest pas exhaustive et pourra intégrer toute autre action nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de lactivité de la société.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Chef de service Achats et Approvisionnement - H/F

  • Être titulaire dun Bac +4/5 en Achats, Logistique ou tout autre diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier de minimum 03 années d'expérience professionnelle dans les achats de préférence dans le secteur des Banques et assurances.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Chef de service Achats et Approvisionnement - H/F

  • Maîtriser les techniques d'achat et de négociation (enchères inversées, négociations directes) ;
  • Maitriser de l'ERP SAGE Achat ;
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance des méthodes de consultation des fournisseurs et des outils informatiques dédiés ;
  • Avoir des connaissances en droit des contrats, droit des affaires ;
  • Maitriser les tableurs de traitement des données (Excel, Access) ;
  • Être rigoureux tout en préservant les relations fournisseurs ;
  • Capacité à gérer les démarches administratives et réglementaires liées aux achats
