Le poste de Chef de service administration du personnel et paie sera rattaché au Chef de Département Ressources Humaines.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Chef de service administration du personnel et paie - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Pilotage de la Paie et gestion des obligations sociales et fiscales (Post-paie);
  • Réaliser la paie et Réaliser les opérations de paie (saisie des éléments variables, déductions et cotisations) avec les données fiables dans les délais;
  • Procéder aux déclarations sociales et fiscales dans les délais ainsi que les régularisations annuelles conformément aux dispositions légales et règlementaires ;
  • Établir et mettre à disposition des données lors de missions d'audits ;
  • Assurer l'administration du personnel en produisant 100% de la documentation demandée par le personnel et la hiérarchie dans les délais définis ;
  • Maîtrise Technique : Paramétrer et exploiter de manière experte le logiciel Sage Paie pour garantir des bulletins sans erreur ;
  • Calculs Spécifiques : Calculer avec précision les allocations de congés payés, les indemnités de fin de contrat et les soldes de tout compte conformément à la législation ;
  • Gestion de Données : Concevoir des tableaux de bord complexes et des reportings RH via Excel (TCD, formules avancées, Power Query) ;
  • Exécuter la veille Juridique : Assurer l'application stricte du Code du Travail ivoirien et de la Convention Collective Interprofessionnelle ;
  • Management d'Équipe : Encadrer, animer et faire monter en compétence léquipe de Gestionnaires de Paie et Administration du personnel au quotidien;
  • Exécuter le suivi de la masse salariale : Collaborer avec les Comptables pour assurer la justesse des écritures de paie (OD) et le lettrage des comptes sociaux ;
  • Analyser les écarts (réel vs budget) et fournir les KPIs sociaux à la Direction.

Cette liste de missions nest pas exhaustive et pourra intégrer toute autre action nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de lactivité de la société.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Chef de service administration du personnel et paie - H/F

  • Être titulaire dun Bac+4/5 en Ressources Humaines, Comptabilité, Contrôle de Gestion Sociale ou tout autre diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier de minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience confirmée incluant une expérience réussie en management déquipe paie ou à un poste similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Chef de service administration du personnel et paie - H/F

  • Logiciel : Maîtrise impérative de Sage Paie (une certification serait un atout) ;
  • Bureautique : Niveau expert sur Microsoft Excel pour le traitement et l'analyse de données de masse ;
  • Droit Social : Expertise pointue du droit du travail et de la fiscalité des salaires en Côte d'Ivoire ;
  • Techniques de paie : Maîtrise parfaite des mécanismes de calcul (indemnités, cotisations, retenues) ;
  • Rigueur extrême : Tolérance zéro pour l'erreur de calcul ou de conformité ;
  • Intégrité et Discrétion : Respect absolu de la confidentialité des données salariales ;
  • Leadership : Capacité à mobiliser une équipe et à respecter des délais critiques ;
  • Esprit d'analyse : Capacité à interpréter des données chiffrées pour l'aide à la décision.
