RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Le Chef de service production - H/F sera sous la supervision du Directeur Technique.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

  • Assister le Directeur Technique dans ses tâches quotidiennes ;
  • Organiser, Coordonner et Superviser les activités du service ;
  • Gestion de la vie du contrat : Cotation, Saisie des affaires nouvelles, création de polices, avenants, etc ;
  • Surveillance du portefeuille ;
  • Suivie des provisions mathématiques ;
  • Gestion de la réassurance ;

Supervision, mise en place de nouveaux contrats et respect des délais

  • Répartition entre les équipes et suivi des activités de réception, contrôle et saisie des propositions d'assurance ;
  • Validation avant transmission des propositions incomplètes (transmission au réseau concerné, des propositions incomplètes ou mal renseignées) ;
  • Gestion des avenants ;
  • Création de polices groupe.

Supervision facturation et édition des polices

  • Validation des factures émises avant transmission aux signataires suivants les délégations ;
  • Emission et contrôle mensuelle des factures et des prélèvements bancaires en collaboration avec l'informatique ;
  • Génération des quittances pour les affectations de primes des groupes ;
  • Gestion des renouvellements.

Gestion de cotations

  • Validation de cotations et transmission pour validation à la hiérarchie selon les Délégations ;
  • Emission de cotations pour les groupes et organismes constitués et transmission pour
  • validation à la hiérarchie puis transmission au Service commercial demandeur.

Traitement des courriers client et des réclamations

  • Validation des demandes de modification avant traitement par les gestionnaires ;
  • Analyser, étudier et répondre aux demandes de renseignements et autres réclamations des clients si nécessaires ;
  • Validation des courriers réponses aux clients ainsi que les avis d'impayés et de mise en Demeure.

Gestion de la réassurance

  • Traitements des dossiers à envoyer aux réassureurs ;
  • Enregistrement des opérations dans ORASS et dans la plateforme de la CICA RE dans les délais requis ;
  • Finalisation des opérations de cessions légales et facultatives ;
  • Etats de réassurance.

Edition des relevés de comptes et des mises en demeures

  • Calculer les situations périodiques et annuelles ;
  • Valider les relevés de comptes avant transmission aux clients ;
  • Editions des courriers de mise en demeure.

Gestion des reportings

  • Déterminations des provisions mathématiques à soumettre à la validation du Directeur Technique ;
  • Communication des informations de production des reportings au groupe et à la Direction Générale.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en COTE DIVOIRE.

FORMATION

  • Bac + 4/5 en Actuariat, Assurance ou Droit ou Disciplines apparentées ;
  • Justifier une expérience minimum de 3 ans d'expériences à un poste similaire.
