RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Le Chef de service sinistres & juridique - H/F sera sous la supervision du Directeur Général.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

  • Supervision et coordination des activités du Service des Sinistres et du Juridique ;
  • Participation aux arrêtés des comptes, à la production des états financiers, CIMA et du reporting Gestion du contentieux Automobile & Incendie et Risques Divers
  • Supervision de la gestion de la base de données de la Direction

Supervision et coordination des activités du Service Sinistres

  • Superviser le traitement et le suivi des sinistres ;
  • Valider les estimations de provisions selon les procédures en vigueur ;
  • Veiller au respect des délais de traitement des sinistres ;
  • Vérifier la conformité aux normes internes des dossiers Sinistres traités ;
  • Superviser le traitement des recours jusqu'à leur encaissement ;
  • Organiser les échanges de chèques avec les confrères ;
  • Mettre en place un tableau de bord de suivi des activités du service et veiller à sa mise à jour ;
  • Veiller à la bonne tenue des registres et fichiers relatifs au traitement des sinistres et contentieux ;
  • Veiller à la bonne tenue et à la mise à jour des dossiers Sinistres ;
  • Superviser la tenue des archives du service ;
  • Rédiger les conventions avec les tiers ;
  • Recevoir les assurés, tiers, prestataires.

Participation aux arrêtés des comptes, à la production des états financiers et du reporting

  • Contrôler les états de la direction (Provisions, Sinistres réglés, Sinistres déclarés etc.) ;
  • Contrôler les états intermédiaires nécessaires à l'établissement des états financiers et reportings ;
  • Préparer les états des reportings relatifs aux sinistres ;
  • Veiller à leur établissement dans les délais impartis.

Supervision de la gestion du contentieux Sinistres

  • Veiller à la gestion rigoureuse du contentieux Sinistres Veiller à la tenue correcte des dossiers.

Supervision de la gestion de la base de données de la Direction

  • Proposer au Directeur des Sinistres et du Juridique la stratégie et les moyens à mettre en œuvre pour la fiabilisation de la base de données ;
  • Contrôler et assurer le suivi des travaux de fiabilisation de la base de données relative aux sinistres Veiller à la mise à jour de la base de données ;
  • Organiser les inventaires périodiques des sinistres en provision ;
  • Préparer périodiquement un rapport d'activité ;
  • Evaluer ses collaborateurs ;
  • Effectuer des tâches ponctuelles à la demande du Directeur des Sinistres et du Juridique.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en COTE DIVOIRE.

FORMATION

  • BAC + 4 en Droit, Assurances ou disciplines apparentées et minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire OU BAC + 2 en Droit, Assurances ou disciplines apparentées et minimum 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire ;
  • Connaissance approfondie du droit des assurances et du droit judiciaire privé ;
  • Connaissance des questions fiscales générales, des techniques d'assurance ;
  • Connaissance du Code des Assurances ;
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'outil informatique.
